1. If you forgot your password and need to reset it, select the Forgot Password? link on the login page.

    The login page includes fields for email and password, buttons for login and cancel, a Remember me checkbox and, at the bottom of the screen, a link for Forgot Password.

  2. Enter your email address in the Email field of the Reset Password page.

    The reset password page includes a field for email address, a button to send password reset email, and a button to cancel the operation.

  3. Select the Send password reset email button. You will receive a confirmation screen that an email has been sent.

    The reset password confirmation page includes a message that a password reset email has been sent and that the tab may be closed.

  4. You will receive an email from auth@auth.rolkaloube.com with the subject Rolka Loube password reset. Select the link in the email. You will be directed to the Rolka Loube reset password page.

    The reset password page has fields for the new password and repeat the new password. At the bottom there are buttons to reset password and cancel.

  5. Enter a new password in the New password field.

  6. Enter the same password in the Repeat password field.

  7. Select the Reset password button to complete the reset.
    You will receive an email with the subject Rolka Loube password changed as a confirmation.
